The Tin final was played between the two favourites, Llamas and Los Bastardos. The game for Los Bastardos was always going to rely on the ability of Jason Dow to score and help set up his team mates to score. They were also going to rely on new found goalie guru, Craig 'CBAS' Cameron. It could be argued tah CBAS held up his end of the bargain, but unfortunately for Los Bastardos, Jason Dow was frustrated and held very well by the Llamas. The score was 1-0 at half time in favour of the Llamas thanks to a Lucan Shortis goal. When Jason was ejected from the game, it was mission impossible for Los Bastardos and the Llamas controlled the rst of the game to run out winners 5 - 0. Two goals to Daniel Kent and one each to Aran Treacy and Chris Hudec to go with Lucan's first half goal. An outstanding performance by Geoff Mather in goal saw him with a grand final shutout. Congratulations to the Llamas on winning Tin division.

Bronze division had more twists and turns than the Great Ocean Rd. The final 6 played the first round of finals and we saw the three favourites beaten and bundled out of the tournament. Dogs Breakfast and Cougars played the semi final while Blackhawks (4th) went straight through to the final by winning their 3v4 game. The Cougars beat Dogs Breakfast so we ended up with Blackhawks v Cougars in the final. The Blackhawks were quick out of the blocks and four first half goals set up the game for them. Miro Kelbel, Mark Schuetpelz, Bill McCrae and Scott Faggotter all score in the first half while the Cougars could only manage one goal in the first half through Virgil Tirris. A mini comeback saw it tighten a little, but the Blackhawks OLDER heads prevailed and steadied the ship. Another two goals to Miro and one to Pete 'Turbo' Turbach saw the Blackhawks run out winners 7 - 4. Two goals to Justin Young and one to Kyle Borg for the Cougars kept them in the game in the second half.
Highest Point Scorer - Damon Gribble - Ballarat
Best Goalie - Rowan Epstein - TD's & Beer
MVP - Virgil Tirris - Cougars
The Silver final saw the unbackable favourites, Goalies up against Rangers. Although the Rangers were short on numbers, they were high on talent. Coming into the tournament at late notice (one team oulled out on the Tuesday night), Nik Antony put together a very competitive team. Chris Brophy (Rangers) scored the first goal of the game and they were dominating play as well. Could there be an upset? Travis Woods scored for the Goalies late in the first half to make it 1-1 at half time. Chris Brophy again scored to make it 2-1 for the Rangers, but they looked to be running out of steam with only 5 skaters against 9 skaters for the Goalies. Travis Woods was out to ensure a Goalies victory and started to put the puck in the net. The second half saw the Goalies over run the Rangers and with 5 goals to Travis Woods, the 6-3 victory was sweet for the Goalies. Matt Anderson scored for Rangers in the second half and Tristan Muir was the only other goal scorer for the Goalies. It was a high quality game and if the Rangers had one or two more skaters it may have been a different story.
Highest Point Scorer - Jono DeBoos - My Team
Best Goalie - Ant Colins - Goalies
MVP - Jeremy Muir - Goalies
